- Key rejected? Check it has not already been redeemed on another account, and that you copied all of it.
- Wrong machine? Reset the hardware ID on the Licences tab, then launch on the machine you want to keep.
- No builds listed? Your licence may have expired. The Licences tab shows the date.
- Support will never ask for your password. Your licence key is enough for us to find your account.
