You can create a free account on neverdies.me to redeem your license keys and download builds. This policy covers that account, the Discord bot, the license system, and the software we distribute: our game clients and our system tools.
What we collect
From your account. Your email address and a password. We store the password only as an argon2id hash — a one-way scramble that cannot be turned back into your password by us or by anyone who obtained a copy of our database. We also keep a record of each signed-in session, and a one-way hash of the IP address a request came from, so we can rate-limit abuse without keeping a log of where you connect from.
From Discord. Your Discord account ID and username. A license links to exactly one Discord account, so this is how we identify you for support, resets and reissues.
From payment. The transaction or order ID our payment provider returns to us. Depending on the method you choose, the provider itself may collect your name, email, billing details and the date of purchase, or a blockchain transaction ID. Card numbers and wallet credentials never reach our systems — they stay with the provider.
From the software. When any Neverdies product runs it reads a set of machine identifiers:
- Processor
- Graphics card
- RAM size
- OS disk serial number
- OS user name
These are combined and hashed into a single hardware ID. We store that hash — not the underlying values — and it cannot be reversed back into them.
Our software also transmits your IP address and your Neverdies authentication token on each launch, and we keep basic usage counts such as launch count, session length and which of our products you run.
Why we collect it
Only to run the account and license system: to let you sign in, to confirm you own the address you signed up with, to attach the keys you redeem to you, to bind a license to one machine, to stop one license being shared across many, to authenticate our software at launch, and to support you in Discord. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not send marketing email — the only messages we send are the ones you ask for, such as confirming your address or resetting your password.
Who else sees it
The services we run on, each handling your data under its own privacy policy:
- Vercel — hosts this site and the account system.
- Neon — hosts the database your account is stored in.
- Resend — delivers confirmation and password-reset email.
- Discord — where the bot and support operate.
- Our payment providers — for purchases.
How we protect it
Your password is stored as an argon2id hash and is never written down in readable form anywhere, including in our logs. A license key you redeem here is stored encrypted, because our download system has to present it to the license server on your behalf. Traffic between our software, this site and our servers runs over TLS. Access to our systems is limited to the people who run Neverdies. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but we keep as little about you as the account and license system can function on.
We will never ask you for your password. Nobody from Neverdies needs it, in Discord or anywhere else.
How long we keep it
Your account for as long as it exists, and your license data for as long as the license is active — after that, for as long as we need it to deal with chargebacks, fraud and abuse.
Deleting your data
Contact us in a support channel on Discord and we will delete your account and remove your personal data from our systems. Deleting the data attached to an active license deactivates that license, and we may have to keep a minimal record of the purchase where the law requires it.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, the effective date at the top changes.

Definitions
Neverdies, the software or our products — every client, tool and spoofer we distribute, across every game and platform we support, together with their loaders, installers and our backend. The site — neverdies.me. We and us — the developers and administrators of Neverdies. You — anyone using any of the above.
1. Accepting these terms
Using Neverdies means you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not purchase or run our software.
We may amend these terms at any time, for any reason, and a change takes effect the moment it is posted. We are not required to notify you. We will not announce amendments, email you about them or flag them in Discord, and we are under no obligation to highlight what changed. Checking this page for the current version is your responsibility alone, and continuing to use Neverdies after a change means you accept the amended version whether or not you have read it.
2. Your license
A license grants one person the right to run the Neverdies product it was issued for. It binds to one hardware ID and links to one Discord account. A license for one product does not grant access to any other — each is bought separately.
- Do not share, resell, transfer, lend or publish your license or key.
- Do not run one license on more than one machine at a time.
- Treat your key like a password. You are responsible for what happens under it, and a key you have handed to someone else is not grounds for a refund or a free reissue.
- Moving to a new machine is fine — reset your hardware ID from the dashboard, or contact us in a support channel on Discord. Resets are rate-limited and granted at our discretion.
- We may grant or revoke access at our discretion.
3. What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, dump, crack or otherwise tamper with any Neverdies binary or file.
- Redistribute, repackage or resell any of our software in any form.
- Raise a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us.
- Attack, probe, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, our API, our bot or our infrastructure, or test any of it without our written permission.
- Use Neverdies to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to infrastructure you do not own or have permission to test.
Configuration files our software creates are yours — share those freely.
Breaking any of the above terminates your license with no refund, and we may decline to sell to you again.
4. Risk and disclaimer
Neverdies is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that any product is undetected, will remain undetected, or will work on any particular system or game version.
Neverdies is an independent project, not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any game publisher, platform, anti-cheat vendor or server we support.
Games and servers prohibit this kind of software, and their anti-cheat systems exist to find it. Running any Neverdies product may get your game account, your Steam account, your server access or your hardware banned, permanently and without appeal. That risk is yours alone, you accept it in full by using our software, and a ban of any kind is never grounds for a refund.
You are responsible for checking that using our software is lawful where you live and does not breach an agreement you have made with someone else. Using it almost certainly breaches the terms of service of the game it targets, and what follows from that is between you and that publisher.
We are not responsible for what you do while using our software, for anything you enter into it, or for anything that happens to your game, platform or Discord accounts.
We do not change the Discord account, email or other details attached to a license at the request of anyone other than its verified owner.
5. Refunds
Refunds are granted at our discretion and reviewed case by case. A purchase does not come with an automatic right to one.
Only the license holder can ask — the person whose Discord account the license is linked to. Contact us in a support channel on Discord, explain what went wrong, and we will look at it.
What we weigh: whether our software is at fault, whether we can fix it, whether the license has been redeemed, and how long ago you bought it. A fault on our side that we cannot resolve is the strongest case you can bring, and requests made before the license is ever redeemed are the easiest for us to approve.
We do not refund for bans of any kind, for detection of a product by an anti-cheat, for changing your mind after using our software, or for licenses terminated over a violation of these terms.
Our decision on a refund request is final.
6. Availability
Our products depend on the games, platforms, anti-cheat systems and operating systems they run against, none of which we control and all of which change without our involvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued undetection, or compatibility with any particular version.
A product may be taken down for maintenance, put on hold after a game or anti-cheat update, or discontinued entirely, at any time and without notice. Downtime is not grounds for a refund.
Affiliation
Neverdies is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any game publisher, platform holder, anti-cheat vendor or server it is used on.

Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. All other names, marks and logos belong to their respective owners, and we use them only to describe which software our products are compatible with — never to imply a relationship, endorsement or partnership.
Intellectual property
The Neverdies software, name, logo and site are ours. Buying a license buys the right to run one product — it does not transfer ownership of it or grant any right to copy, modify or redistribute it.
Changes to these documents
We may update the terms of service, the privacy policy and this page at any time and for any reason. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted here.
We are not obliged to notify anyone of a change. There is no changelog, no announcement and no email. The effective date at the top of a document is the only indication that it has moved, and keeping up with the current version is entirely your own responsibility. Continuing to use Neverdies after a change means you accept it, read or not.
Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback rather than contacting us terminates your license immediately and permanently. If something is wrong with a purchase, contact us first — we would rather fix it than fight it.
Reporting a security problem
If you find a vulnerability in our site, our API or our bot, contact us in a support channel on Discord before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Do not access, alter or download data belonging to anyone else while investigating. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine problem this way and stays within those limits.
Contact and reporting
We handle everything through our Discord server — purchases, resets, refund requests, privacy requests and legal notices. Open a ticket or post in a support channel and we will get back to you. If you believe something in Neverdies infringes your intellectual property, contact us with the details and we will respond.
Severability
If any part of these documents is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Nothing in them removes rights that the law where you live grants you and does not allow to be waived.
